Randolph "Scotty" Edwards has devoted his entire career to the residential and commercial construction industry for 20+ years.
At Legendary Construction, Scotty spends his time on location at job sites overseeing the construction process. He also manages the scheduling and logical systems and ensures the smooth implementation of the quality control process.
In addition to the job management and supervision, Scotty tracks change orders and allowances on current projects for our homeowners and answers any questions they have.
While Scotty oversees pricing and the construction process, he points out “my real job is to manage the customer experience as it relates to the Legendary Process. Building a home is as much about building trust and relationships as it is about sticks and bricks.”
